WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Shipping Policy
For Product buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5 to 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. DIGITAL INDIA STORE is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5 to 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. The weight of the product has been built-in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.

Cancelation Policy
- We have a hassle-free cancellation request option; you can place your cancellation request by dropping us a mail or can call us to cancel your order.
- The convenience fee charged on the orders is non-refundable only if the order is canceled by the buyer. In case of order gets canceled by us then the complete order amount will be refunded. This charge is only applicable if the buyer wants to cancel the order and opts for a refund.
- There’s an additional charge of 15% for orders getting canceled/modified by the buyer after the product has been shipped. This charge will be adjusted from the refund amount.
- Above mentioned charges are only applicable if the buyer place such requests, no charges will be applicable if such steps are initiated by us.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. We believe in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Return/Refund Policy
- We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, the wrong product sent, the product is in dead condition or the product is defective. Buyers will have 2 days To 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. The buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
- If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. Also, it is mandatory to make a video of the product received in the package, without its return, a refund request will not be accepted.
- Return/Refund requests will be canceled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
- Packaging material should be kept by the buyer until the return window is opened as this will help them to pack the product to its original form to avoid any damage during the transit.
- The product should be packed in a proper way as it was received by the buyer, do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or on the product box, this may lead to cancellation of your return request.
- All the accessories which were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product.
- If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyer’s bank account. A refund usually takes 10-15 working days to reflect in your account.
- All solicitations are subjected to Vadodara, Gujarat Jurisdiction only.
